Overview

Kin Events commissioned Just Talent Entertainment to produce a two-part corporate celebration at De Vere Wokefield Estate: an elegant Black Tie Gala on Night One, followed by a high-energy Neon/LED Rave on Night Two. Our remit was to deliver two distinct atmospheres across consecutive evenings, each with its own mood, entertainment, and technical production—ensuring both nights stood out as self-contained headline experiences.

Objectives

- Night One: Deliver a premium, sophisticated Black Tie gala with interactive, conversation-led entertainment

- Night Two: Create a full-throttle Neon/LED Rave with immersive visuals and high-energy performances

- Provide end-to-end technical production and talent management across both days

Our Approach

We treated each night as a dedicated “chapter,” with bespoke entertainment, staging, and lighting. Separate technical builds and run-of-show plans ensured each evening felt fresh, intentional, and production-perfect.

Night One: Black Tie Gala

- Champagne Jugglers: Luxe welcome moment for arrivals; elevated photo opportunities and brandable content

- Singing Waiters: Surprise performance during dinner that lifted the room and sparked guest participation

- Casino Tables: Social icebreakers that kept networking easy and engaging

- Close-Up Magicians: Table-side magic between courses to maintain pace and delight

- DJ with Professional Sound & Lighting: Curated background into post-dinner uplift, matching the black-tie brief

Production & Logistics (Night One)

- Technical: DJ booth, pro PA, elegant wash and spot lighting

- Scheduling: Detailed show-calling across reception, dinner, and reveal moments

- Talent Management: Coordinated call times, backstage flow, and room-read adjustments

Night Two: Neon/LED Rave

- Neon Stilt Walkers: High-visibility hosts driving energy and guiding guests to the dancefloor

- LED Dancers: Choreographed sets synced with the DJ to amplify impact

- UV Glow Dancer with UV Flags: Striking visual centrepiece under blacklight

- UV Aerial Cube: A jaw-dropping overhead feature that delivered the signature “wow” moment

- Walkabout Bongo Drummer & Saxophonist: Live overlays with the DJ for an Ibiza-style lift

- UV Facepainters: Instant guest transformation to deepen immersion and boost participation

Production & Logistics (Night Two)

- Rigging & Safety: Aerial cube installed by qualified riggers to venue specifications with RAMS in place

- Show Flow: Staggered reveals to keep momentum high across the evening

- Talent Management: Costume coordination, green room scheduling, and performance rotations

Results

- Engagement: Strong participation both nights—elegant interaction on Night One and a packed dancefloor on Night Two
